In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. - Combine Everything
Add cooked rice, bacon & veggie mixture, and cheese.
Mix until evenly combined. - Bake
Pour mixture into prepared dish and smooth the top.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden and set in the center. - Cool & Slice
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley or spring onion if desired.
