🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
Filling
- 500 g (1 lb) ground beef
- 6 slices beef or turkey bacon (cooked & crumbled)
- 1 small onion (finely diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Cheese & Dough
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)
Garlic Butter
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- Pinch of salt
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Filling
- In a pan over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy → crumble and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook ground beef until browned.
- Add onion & garlic → sauté until soft.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in crumbled bacon.
- Let mixture cool slightly.
2️⃣ Prepare the Dough
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle (about ¼ inch thick).
- Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
3️⃣ Roll & Slice
- Roll the dough tightly into a log (like cinnamon rolls).
- Slice into 1–1½ inch thick pieces.
4️⃣ Bake
- Place rollups in a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown.
5️⃣ Add Garlic Butter
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
- Brush generously over hot rollups right after baking.
