- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika

- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt (adjust later)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sugar or honey (balances acidity)
- Optional: ¼–½ tsp chili flakes

- Grated Parmesan
- Fresh parsley or basil

Instructions
1. Layer the Slow Cooker
- Add uncooked rigatoni to the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Place raw beef chuck cubes evenly over the pasta.
2. Mix the Sauce
- In a bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth.
3. Ladle & Cover
- Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the beef and pasta.
- Gently press down so everything is lightly submerged.
- Do not stir yet.
4. Slow Cook
- LOW: 7–8 hours
- HIGH: 4–5 hours
Until beef is fork-tender.
5. Stir & Finish
- Stir gently to coat pasta and beef evenly.
- Taste and adjust salt or pepper.
- Rest 10 minutes before serving to thicken naturally.
