Instructions

1️⃣ Melt cheese
Microwave mozzarella + cream cheese for 45–60 seconds until melted. Stir well.

2️⃣ Add remaining ingredients
Mix in egg, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Knead until smooth dough forms.

3️⃣ Divide & roll
Divide into 4 balls. Roll between parchment into thin rounds.

4️⃣ Cook
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Cook each flatbread 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
