- 1 lemon (zest + juice)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- ½ tsp black pepper
Vegetables
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ zucchini, sliced
- ¼ cup olives (black or green), sliced
- 1 small bell pepper, sliced (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven
Preheat to 200°C (400°F). - Prepare vegetables
In a baking dish, toss tomatoes, onion, zucchini, olives, and bell pepper with 1 tbsp olive oil, half the salt, and oregano. - Season fish
Pat fish dry. Rub with remaining olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika. - Assemble
Place fish fillets on top of the vegetables. Add lemon slices on top if desired. - Bake
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until fish flakes easily and vegetables are tender. - Finish
Sprinkle with fresh herbs and chili flakes before serving.
