 Q & A

Q: Can I brown the beef first?
A: Yes, but not required. Browning adds depth but this recipe is designed for dump-and-go ease.

Q: Will the pasta overcook?
A: No—because it cooks slowly in sauce, it becomes tender and absorbs flavor rather than turning mushy.

Q: Can I use another cut of beef?
A: Yes—beef shin, blade, or stewing beef all work well.

Q: Can I make this dairy-free?
A: Absolutely. Just skip the cheese topping.

Q: Can I freeze leftovers?
A: Yes. Cool completely and freeze up to 2 months.
