- 250 g (8 oz) elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk (warm)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp mustard powder or paprika (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken
- In a bowl, mix buttermilk, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne.
- Add chicken, coat well, cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight best).
2️⃣ Fry the Chicken
