👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Brown the Beef
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned (5–7 min).
- Break into crumbles and drain excess fat if needed.
2️⃣ Sauté Aromatics
- Add onion, garlic, celery, and carrots.
- Cook for 4–5 minutes until softened.
