3–4 apples (peeled & thinly sliced)

3 tbsp sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp melted butter

Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Quick Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Unroll pastry onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Mix apples with sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and lemon juice.

Spread apples evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border around edges.

Drizzle butter over the top.

Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, slice, and enjoy!
