🥤 Instructions

Wash everything thoroughly.

Chop into pieces that fit your juicer or blender.

If juicing: Run all ingredients through a juicer. Stir well.

If blending: Add ingredients with 1–2 cups water, blend until smooth, then strain through a nut milk bag or fine sieve.

Stir in black pepper last.
